Ideal location to visit the city. A walk over the river bridge brings you into the splendid old town, full of narrow streets, small bars and good eating places.
Barhroom was a little cramped.

Simpel hotel. Voor 1 nacht was het acceptabel. Verhouding prijs/ verblijf was niet reeël. Veel te duur.

Reasonable prices. City sights within walking distance.
The basic facilities and location are only made up for by the relatively cheap rates.

hotel free car parking facility.
dark and shabby corridors requiring renovation. The toilet in room 110 is situated in an impossible position for comfortable use. - even for a one-star hotel!

Conveniently located on Ave Cadiz with easy access to the highway. Good value for the money. Free parking available on the premises. You can leave your luggage at the hotel and collect it after you are done sightseeing for the day.
Underground parking, though free, is a bit challenging if you have a big car. We had a Citroen Grand Picasso minivan and had considerable pain in manoeuvering in and out of the garage. Ok for smaller cars.

The room and bathroom were clean. There was a very nice chinese restaurant just 50 meters away. The old city center was not far by walk. The free internet and air condition in the room were pleasant.
The bed was not very comfortable. It could be made better with an extra pillow. Hotel was noisy because of lots of families staying with children, who were playing as if it was their home.

The best thing about Hotel Mariano is it's position close to Cordoba Old City within walking distance. Other than this, there is nothing more to say than it is a very tired, worn out and unpleasant establishment.

Being away from the Hotel.
No obvious fire precautions. No hand rails on stairs. No emergency lighting on narrow corridors.

20 min walking distance from the center of Cordoba.
The room was not too nice: the toilet was very very small, not possible to use normally...

Rather old fashioned. something like the sixties, but never refurbished. Not a good view from the room. Desk staf only speaks Spanish.

Very good situation, near the historic city. Low price
The underground parking is too small. You need to be very carful if you do not want to scratch your car. Nobody has cleaned the room. We had to ask for replaced the bath towels or the toilet paper rolls! Note: There is no wifi acess in the rooms (although specified on the web site).

The room was cute. Everything in the hotel and furniture is very old but we enjoyed the room and fun wall hangings and bedspreads. It is about a ten minute walk to the old Romano bridge and Mezquita mosque. There is also a great little beer garden 2 minutes away on the corner of Plaza de Andalucia and Ave de Granada called Caracoles. You should definitely stop by there for delicious snails in sauce and beer with the locals. There is also a garage for parking on site.
